For new clients, ACC's onboarding checklist allows us to stabilize a client’s network. The focus is on network performance and security, and ensuring data backup is in place. Upon onboarding completion, clients are provided a health assessment to prioritize recommendations and to assist with budget planning and technology roadmaps.
Anti-virus protection alone is not enough to keep your endpoints secure. ACC deploys a layered security stack that includes anti-virus, patch management, DNS blocking, and remote monitoring.
Our security practices and certifications ensure that clients are presented with security measures that meet their business environment and industry compliances. This includes network infrastructure, email, and staff testing and training.
Clients have access to our Helpdesk team Monday-Friday during standard business hours with emergency services available on nights, weekends, and holidays. Our team is fully operated and staffed at our headquarters in East Syracuse, NY.
Our team monitors your network assets and will notify you of hardware and software issues before they happen when possible. Regular workstation, server, and backup maintenance can be scheduled weekly, monthly or quarterly.
Client data will be backed up following our best practice to ensure data recovery. This includes email, servers, and business-critical workstations.
When you are moving to your new office or adding to your existing locations, ACC will ensure your network transition is coordinated with all vendors to allow for a smoother transition. This includes making sure your building is ready for all your business tools and services from day one.
For new employees, ACC will assist in ensuring they have proper setup and access based on department and group policies. Upon their departure or dismissal, ACC will remove all network/application access from all devices.
We offer a full range of IT, Network, and Security services to manage all your technology installation,
monitoring, and troubleshooting needs.
Integrates with your company as your IT team. It is an all-encompassing monthly recurring charge that includes help desk support, software licensing, and ACC onsite technical resource time. The monthly charge is based on the number of computers, network devices, and software applications. Managed Service does not include project work for new hardware, new software, installation, and services outside of networking.
Similar to managed services, with the agreement that the client commits to a scheduled onsite technical resource for a set number of hours per week/per month. This number can be adjusted up and down as needed. Help desk services are billed as incurred.
A service model that is based on client-initiated requests for service and support. This includes issue resolution, hardware/software purchases, and installations This service can be delivered via ACC help desk or onsite technicians and is billed at a set labor rate based on the incident. ACC installs a stack that includes anti-virus, patch management, and device health on all workstations and servers. Help desk services are billed as incurred. We work with your existing IT resources or we can be your IT team!

ACC provides a range of data backup services and procedures to mitigate your risk and allow for data recovery.
ACC follows an industry best-practice standard in an effort to protect our clients from extended downtime. Further backup options are available to provide instant recovery from a physical interruption.
